4. Delivery & licensing

Digital products are delivered via download/license after payment; product and third‑party licenses apply.

5. Service processes (SOW, milestones)

Projects are managed via a Statement of Work, timeline and milestones; change requests may require extra budget; acceptance within the agreed review window.

6. Support & updates

Product support/update duration is stated on the product page or license; service support per contract.

7. Prohibited use

No unlawful activity, malware, rights infringement, SPAM or abuse of third‑party rights.

8. Third‑party services

We rely on third‑party payment, hosting, analytics and integrations which have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Services and products are provided “as is”; implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

No liability for indirect/consequential damages; direct liability is typically capped at the fees paid for the relevant order.

11. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve amicably; failing that, Republic of Azerbaijan (courts of Baku).
