A) Digital products (downloadables)

• Delivery: Instant download/license after payment confirmation.
• Trials & demos: Demo/showcase and detailed descriptions are available.
• Refunds (within 14 days):
  • If undelivered or materially defective and not remedied within a reasonable time after a support request.
  • No refunds once licenses are activated/used or the product is substantially used.
  • Duplicate purchases refunded upon proof.

B) Services (web/app/dev/SEO)

• Kickoff deposits: typically 30–50%; non‑refundable once work has started (unless no work has begun).
• Milestones/hourly: billed pro‑rata; on cancellation, completed work is retained.
• SEO: rankings not guaranteed; no outcome‑based refunds.
• Sessions: late cancellations (24–48h) may incur a small fee.
